Shipping, Payments + Returns

We ship all paintings, prints and clothing worldwide. All artwork and fine art print prices are in AUD and inclusive of shipping within Australia.

International pricing to most other countries will be applied at the checkout. Please check out our most frequently asked questions below, where you can also find our shipping and returns policies.

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars. You can calculate the cost in your currency using a tool like this one here.

  • Yes. All artwork and print prices are inclusive of shipping within Australia. International pricing to most other countries will be applied at the checkout. Please get in touch if you cannot see your country and we will be happy to help.

  • We certainly do! We understand that sometimes purchasing work of art in one hit can be a challenge, and so Afterpay is now available on all purchases. If Afterpay doesn’t meet your personal requirements, please get in touch to discuss a custom payment arrangement.

  • ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

    (within Australia): Usually shipped within 2-3 working days from purchase, unless agreed otherwise. Generally shipments arrive within 3-7 working days thereafter, depending on your location. We ship from QLD 4220.

    (everywhere else): Shipped within 3 working days from purchase, unles agreed otherwise. Generally shipments arrive within 7-12 working days thereafter, depending on your location. We ship from QLD 4220, Australia.

    FINE ART / GICLEE PRINTS

    (within Australia): Prints are made to order in collaboration with a local, printing company who adhere to the highest of industry standards here on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please allow between 1-3 weeks for printing, and around 3-7 working days for shipping thereafter, depending on your location. We ship from QLD 4207.

    (everywhere else): Prints are made to order using via a top of the industry standard local supplier here on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please allow between 1-3 weeks for printing, and around 7-14 working days for shipping thereafter, depending on your location. We ship from QLD 4207, Australia.

    CLOTHING

    (within Australia): Shipped within 1 working day from purchase. Generally shipments arrive within 2-4 working days.

    (everywhere else): Shipped within 1 working day from purchase. Generally shipments arrive within 5-10 working days.

  • Yes, on all full price items excluding prints. If you feel that your item is not what you expected you are welcome return the item at your own cost within 14 working days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Yes, on all full price items excluding prints. If you would like to exchange an item you are able to do so within 14 working days of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the item and your location. Please contact us with any enquires.

  • As prints are made to order, we can accept returns or exchanges in the case of damage only. Please be sure to read the Print Shipping & Returns Policy in the following section below for more detailed information.

    Rigorous quality control measures are taken to ensure that all fine art / giclée prints are of the highest visual standard and print quality and arrive to you with the greatest of care. If for any reason you may feel less than satisfied with your print, please get in touch so we can find a solution for you, we are always happy to help.

  • PRINTS SHIPPING

    • Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable items of incorrect delivery addresses.

    • All print parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then we are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)

    • Fine art prints are sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 1-4 weeks production time in addition to shipping time.

    • All print orders are dispatched from QLD 4207.

    PRINT RETURNS

    • We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases prints are custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

    • If orders are damaged in transit, we will replace the item and process returns claims via the courier company.

    • In order to process a return, we must have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.

    • Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item. Please submit these to natasha@natashazraikatcreative.com

  • • All original artwork may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 14 working days of purchase.

    • Photographic proof must be provided that artwork was returned undamaged and adequately packaged (in the same way that it arrived) when shipped for return, as per courier requirements.

    • Return artwork shipping can be arranged by Natasha Zraikat Creative using our preferred shipping company at the cost of the the customer, unless the customer has another preferred artwork shipping method. In this case the arrangements may be agreed upon.
